Hosted payment page

The high-security payment page we host for you can be fully customised to match the look and feel of your website. As an option, a URL of your choice can appear on the payment page rather than IPGPAY's, maintaining the continuity of the shopping and purchasing experience for your customers.

Merchants can fully brand their payment page and customise the fields displayed so customers only see the relevant ones. Customers can choose the language used on the page and the currency for the transaction. The simplicity of this payment process will increase conversion rates.

As an option, IPGPAY's hosted payment page fully supports customisation via cascading style sheet (CSS).

Direct integration API

For advanced merchants that are PCI DSS-compliant, IPGPAY offers a direct integration API that enables merchants' websites to communicate directly with IPGPAY. One of the advantages of this integration method is that the merchant can host and manage the payment pages, keeping their customers' sensitive data and the entire shopping experience in-house.

IPGPAY can be tightly integrated into merchants' frontend and back-office systems, providing a comprehensive range of operations for taking payments, issuing credits, settling existing orders and retrieving data from the reconciliation services. Many features of the direct integration API can also be used in conjunction with the hosted payment page integration.

Fraud detection and
risk management

As specialists in online payments and e-commerce, we know fraud is an ever-present risk. IPGPAY provides comprehensive and flexible tools to help manage risk while optimising conversion rates.

IPGPAY analyses each payment in real time using a proprietary risk rule-based system fine-tuned not just for the merchant, but down to the profile of each transaction. As a minimum, each payment is profiled against velocity and frequency checks and is validated against an everexpanding black list of banned and white list of allowed transactions.

IPGPAY’s Asia-based risk team constantly monitors merchants' payment and transaction patterns, looking for opportunities and solutions to fraud and risk issues. This service is provided at no additional cost to our merchants.
